Matches were received today from the CCAA (China Center of Adoption Affairs) for families with Logged in Dates (LID's) 3/1/06 and 3/2/06. We were definitely hoping for them to get further but we will take what we can get. We have only 13 more days to go! Hopefully they can match more days next month.
Many of our online friends are seeing their child's face for the very first time today, learning how old they are, how much they weigh, a bit about their personality and what province they live in and that is SO exciting!!!
We are so happy for those families today :)

Anxious and Nervous
I know now that we will be receiving our referral soon and am getting a little nervous. We haven't read enough(okay- mainly me), planned enough, or talked with our family regarding the ground rules and some of the do's and do not's. Although we have too much to do I know that we have more than enough love to give and look forward to holding our newest daughter(name still to be determined) or son(Vincenzo-yep, I'm sticking to my guns on this!). We still have some hurdles to overcome but are anxiously working on preparing for the big trip. We'll let you know more as we learn more. - Andy

1st Post
After four Christmases of hoping and praying for a little one, half a world away, our time is drawing near!!!! We are anxiously awaiting the referral of our newest blessing, from China, sometime in the next several months. We are working on this blog to keep everyone up to date on our progress and can't wait to share photos with you as soon as we have them in our hands!!! - M
